Use and care tips

When out and about, pack the belt and gel pack in the changing bag and use a microwave on site, following the instructions. Heat the pack for exactly the time stated in the instructions, then always check its temperature on the inside of your wrist before slipping it into the belt: it should feel warm, never hot. Never leave baby unattended while wearing the belt. If crying persists or worries you, see your paediatrician. Machine-wash the belt regularly with the pack removed, and let it dry before reusing.
