Our stock levels are updated automatically every day. However, despite our high standards and the IT systems we use, the number of products ordered may occasionally exceed the stock available. If this happens, we will contact you by email or by phone and let you know when the product will be available.
We can also offer you a solution (a different colour, removing the product from the order, or something else…).
PRODUCT GUARANTEE
All products sold on our website come with the manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period varies by manufacturer. To claim under a product’s warranty, remember to keep your invoice. If a product is faulty and still under warranty, contact one of our advisers on +212 5 22 23 35 34 between 10h and 20h, Monday to Friday, who will arrange the after-sales service. For payment by cheque or bank transfer, La Maison du Bébé cannot be held responsible if the product is unavailable when payment is received.
