Two ways to pay for your order
- By bank card, online: secure payment via Maroc Télécommerce, certified by the Centre Monétique Interbancaire (CMI).
- Cash on delivery: you pay the courier in cash when you receive your parcel.
Cash on delivery
When you confirm your order, choose cash on delivery from the payment methods offered. You then pay the order amount in cash when you receive the parcel. Delivery costs and times: see our delivery in Morocco page (free delivery from 300 DH, 40 DH below that).

* If your card is issued by Banque Populaire, you will also be asked to enter one or more PIN codes provided by your bank before the payment authorisation request. The Banque Populaire customer relations centre can help you: Morocco: 05144009258, France: 0178744339, Italy: 0694816778, Spain: 0911230008, Netherlands: 020808316.
* If your card features 3DSecure strong authentication (available for international cards that have it, and soon to be introduced for local cards), you will be redirected to your bank's secure website to enter one or more confidential codes before the payment authorisation request.
How does Maroc Télécommerce protect the confidentiality of my payment details?
The Maroc Télécommerce system guarantees the confidentiality of the bank details customers enter on its payment platform. This data is sent from the customer's browser to the Maroc Télécommerce platform using encryption techniques (SSL and HTTPS protocols), which prevent personal data (identity, address, card number, etc.) from being intercepted by a malicious third party. Once received by Maroc Télécommerce, the customer's bank details are sent directly to the CMI.
The CMI handles financial transactions between the customer's bank and the merchant's bank over a closed banking network that is not connected to the Internet. This guarantee is based on national and international processes and regulations with which Maroc Télécommerce complies, and on technologies recognised by all e-commerce players.
Does the merchant have access to my payment details?
No. Payment data is used exclusively by the Maroc Télécommerce platform, the CMI and the customer's bank, solely to process the transaction approved by the customer. Neither the merchant nor Maroc Télécommerce staff have access to this information.
