The Dr. Brown's Options+ 270 ml glass bottle is a wide-neck anti-colic baby bottle sold with a Level 1 slow-flow silicone nipple (0m+). It is made for babies who drink larger amounts, yet it can be used from the first days thanks to its slow nipple.

Like the 150 ml, it includes the Options+ internal vent, designed to help reduce colic, spit-up, burping and gas, according to the manufacturer. As baby grows, keep the same bottle and simply move up to a higher-level wide-neck nipple; the vent can also be removed as feeding develops.

The 270 ml comes with a slow nipple: match the nipple level to baby's pace rather than to the bottle size. For night feeds, have clean parts ready in advance.

Clean every part after each feed, including the vent insert and reservoir. The manufacturer allows the dishwasher (top rack), electric or microwave sterilisers and boiling water. Avoid sudden temperature shocks and inspect the glass regularly.
