Use and care tips
Check the swaddle is neither too tight nor too loose around the chest, dress baby lightly underneath so they do not overheat, and wash it according to the label.
Safe sleep reminder: Always lay baby on their back, on a firm mattress, with no pillow or blanket around them. Stop swaddling as soon as baby tries to roll over. Keep the hips and legs free to move (bent « frog » position). If in doubt, ask your paediatrician.

A swaddle blanket is folded around baby and takes some practice; a swaddle sack like the Swaddle Up is simply put on, with no folding.
