La Maison du Bébé, a baby store in the Maârif district of Casablanca, prepares your baby gift in Morocco and has it delivered to your loved ones. This page answers the questions of Moroccans living abroad (MRE) who order from a distance.
How does it work?
- Choose the gift. Browse our ideas by occasion below. When you order, enter your relatives' address in Morocco and the phone number of the person who will receive the parcel.
- Pay with your foreign card. Online payment is secured by CMI and accepts Visa and Mastercard cards issued abroad.
- Add a message and choose the date. Write your gift message in the field provided when you order, or send it to us on WhatsApp. If your relatives live in our delivery team's area, you choose the delivery date.
- Delivery and handover photo. When our delivery team hands over the gift, we send you a photo of the handover on WhatsApp. In other cities, Ozone Express delivers the parcel with a tracking number.
Gift ideas by occasion
A birth gift in Morocco is often chosen according to the family celebration. Our pages by occasion:

Delivery in Morocco
Gift delivery in Morocco covers the whole country, with two options depending on your relatives' city:
- Casablanca: delivery by our own team, 20 DH; Bouskoura and Dar Bouazza, 35 DH. Delivery date of your choice and a photo of the handover sent on WhatsApp.
- Other cities: delivery by Ozone Express, 35 DH, usually within 24 to 72 hours depending on the destination, with a tracking number.
- Free delivery from 300 DH of purchases, excluding promotions.
- Cash on delivery: 15 DH extra if the order is under 300 DH or includes items on promotion; if you pay online, your relatives have nothing to pay on receipt.
- Free collection at our showroom in Maârif, Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am to 8 pm.
Shipping costs and delivery time are shown before you confirm your order. Outside our delivery team's area, the delivery date cannot be guaranteed: for a specific celebration, order a few days ahead. Details on our delivery options page.
Paying from abroad
To send a gift to Morocco from abroad, whether you live in France, Belgium, Spain, Canada or the United States, pay online by bank card:
- payment secured by CMI;
- Visa and Mastercard cards issued abroad are accepted;
- American Express is not accepted;
- prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (DH): the conversion into your currency and any fees depend on your bank.

Yes, exchanges are possible within 15 days, at our showroom in Maârif, Casablanca, or by return (return costs paid by the buyer), for new, unused items in their unopened original packaging, except for items on promotion, on sale, in clearance or in end-of-line sales. Let your WhatsApp adviser know so they can arrange it.
How can I track the delivery from abroad?
Outside our delivery team's area, every Ozone Express parcel has a tracking number. When our delivery team hands over the gift, you receive a photo of the handover on WhatsApp.
