Carrycots
During the first months, your baby is better off travelling lying down. The baby carrycot attaches to the stroller chassis and gives a flat, sheltered bed for peaceful walks.
How to choose a baby carrycot?
- Compatibility: check that it fits your stroller, directly or with adapters.
- Soft or rigid: a soft carrycot folds down and stores easily, a rigid carrycot has a firmer structure; compare them according to how you will use it.
- The bed: a firm, flat mattress, an enveloping hood and good ventilation.
- How long it lasts: respect the maximum weight and stop as soon as baby can push up on their own.
Jané and Bébé Confort
Our selection includes the Jané Nano Cloud carrycot and the Bébé Confort Laika Essential Black soft carrycot, two solutions for walks with a newborn. For car journeys, baby must travel in an approved seat: discover our group 0+ car seats (0-13 kg) and our full range of car seats.
Frequently asked questions
Up to what age can you use a carrycot?
Until baby starts to push up or reaches the limit given by the manufacturer, often around 6 months.
Can baby travel by car in the carrycot?
Only if it is approved for use in the car and fitted with the dedicated kit; otherwise, use a suitable car seat.
Carrycot or infant car seat: what’s the difference?
The carrycot lets baby lie flat on walks; the infant car seat is an approved car seat that also clicks onto some strollers.
Our carrycots are available in Morocco, delivered within 24 hours to Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech or Tangier and across Morocco (by our own team in Casablanca, by Amana elsewhere); delivery is free from 300 DH. For any compatibility question, our Casablanca showroom in Maârif can help.
