The Maxi-Cosi Minla highchair can be used from birth up to 6 years (30 kg). In the early months the backrest reclines with a newborn insert; it then works as a highchair for meals, lowers to table height and converts into a stool.

Can it really be used from birth?

Yes, in the reclined position with the newborn insert, to keep your baby at table height before mealtime age. Highchair meals start once they can sit up.

How is it different from a highchair starting at 6 months?

The Minla adds the early-months reclined position and lasts up to 6 years, but it is heavier (10.1 kg) than a simpler chair.

Is the cover washable?

It comes off and is machine washable at 30 °C; do not tumble dry or iron.
