Frequently asked questions

What is a coufinette?

It is a soft fabric carry cot with handles, handy for laying baby down and moving them around the house or to family.

What precautions should I take with a coufinette?

Place it only on a flat, stable floor, never up high, check the handles before carrying and always supervise baby.

Does it come in other colours?

The Little Baby card shows several colours; the model received is ivory and navy. Colour is subject to arrival: ask us on WhatsApp.

Where can I buy the Little Baby coufinette in Morocco and what does it cost?

At La Maison du Bébé, in Casablanca (Maârif) or online, for 270 DH including VAT. Delivery all over Morocco, free from 300 DH, with cash on delivery available.

Until what age can a soft carrycot be used?

We were not given the official data sheet for the Little Baby coufinette, so we do not state any maximum age or weight. Follow the manufacturer's instructions and label, and stop using it as soon as baby rolls over, sits up or looks cramped. To read the label before buying, message us on WhatsApp at +212 6 62 80 07 15.

Is the Little Baby carrycot for a girl or a boy?

The unit we received, ivory with grey dotted fabric and navy piping, is neutral and suits both. The Little Baby card also shows other colours (blue, pink, orange…), available depending on deliveries. Ask us on WhatsApp which colours are in stock before ordering; the carrycot costs 270 DH, delivered all over Morocco.

What bedding do I need with a carrycot?

In the carrycot, baby sleeps on their back, with no pillow or objects around them. For outings or visits, a light blanket tucked under the arms is enough, never covering the face. A medium-sized blanket such as the UniBaby 80x110 cm works well; a nest wrap is an alternative for wrapping baby.
