Baby bedding sets

Soft, well-fitted, easy-to-wash sheets are among the little details that matter for baby’s nights. A cotton baby bedding set dresses the mattress with care while adding colour to the nursery.

How do I choose a baby bedding set?

• Mattress size: 60x120, 70x140 or 80x140 cm; the fitted sheet must match exactly to stay taut.
• Fabric: cotton is soft, breathable and stands up well to frequent washing.
• Number of sets: plan for at least two sets so you always have a clean sheet to hand.
• A clear sleep space: for a newborn, a well-fitted fitted sheet is enough, with a baby sleeping bag rather than a duvet.

Frequently asked questions

How often should I change baby’s sheets?

Generally once a week, and straight away after a diaper leak or spit-up. Wash new sheets before first use.

From what age can you use a duvet?

It is usually kept for children over 2 years old, or as advised by your paediatrician. Until then, a baby sleeping bag remains the recommended sleep solution.
