Choose a time when baby is awake and relaxed, in a warm room, away from feeds. If baby cries or stiffens, postpone the massage.

Where should you apply massage oil?

On the tummy, back, legs and arms, avoiding the face, the eyes and the hands that baby puts in their mouth. Warm the oil between your palms before you begin.
