Why choose VTech?

VTech is a multinational company specialising in electronic educational toys. Based in Hong Kong, the brand ranks among the world’s largest manufacturers of educational toys. VTech was founded in 1976 by two engineers, one of whom was Allan Wong. VTech is an expert in the design, development, manufacture and sale of its products, all built around cutting-edge technology and innovative creations.

Although founded in Asia, the brand quickly established itself in Europe, particularly in France, in the late 90s, and soon became no. 1 in electronic educational games, with a 70% market share. In 1997, with the Genius 9000 children’s computer, the brand achieved the highest sales ever seen for a single item across the entire toy industry.

In 1998, VTech turned to making toys for little ones, adding electronics to them. The brand is in the top 5 of the infant market in France, with more than 25% market share. VTech makes several types of products: educational toys, interactive books and games consoles (for ages 3-6).

Over the years, the brand has never stopped standing out from the competition through innovation. Its collection of interactive vehicles and their play worlds, its multimedia educational tablets designed for children and its interactive storytellers are just a few examples. VTech never runs short of imagination when it comes to supporting your child’s early learning and skills development.

VTech lets your children read, play, draw, learn and create endlessly, and accompanies them as they grow. VTech products are available from La Maison du Bébé in Morocco.

Choosing the right VTech product

  • Recommended age: follow the age range shown on each toy.
  • Batteries and sound: check the battery type and the volume setting.
  • Play space: baby walkers and ride-on toys need a clear area and an adult present.
  • Cleaning: wipe with a slightly damp cloth, and never submerge the toy.
